Building Our Future: Together

St. John’s University recently embarked on a 10-year, $300-million Master Plan to enhance its academic facilities, create dormitories on its Queens campus and build state-of-the-art recreational facilities for its students. The plan is a foundation for the University’s future. The plan also represents an opportunity to work with more minority and women-owned, small and local businesses.

Recognizing this, the University has set a goal of awarding 15 percent of contracts necessary to complete the Master Plan to minority-owned business, five percent to women-owned business and five percent to local businesses.
