St. John’s Honors Employees at Year-end Convocation

The St. John’s University community celebrated the Year-end
Convocation on May 28 in Carnesecca Arena. Over 400 faculty,
staff, administrators and family members gathered for this special
occasion honoring members of the St. John's Community whose service
to our University deserves recognition.

The Outstanding Achievement Award recipients among the staff,
faculty and administrators, as well as colleagues who are retiring
from the University this year were congratulated and thanked by
Rev. Donald J. Harrington, C.M., President of the St. John’s
University, during the ceremony.
“I thank you for making this University the special place that
it is,” said Rev. Harrington, C.M. “Ours is a sacred trust –
we share in God’s work, and I thank the honorees and retirees for
responding so generously to that trust that has been placed in them
by our students.”
