IT distributed over 3,500 laptop computers to freshmen and
full-time faculty.
The Center for Technology Education conducted 64 special request
workshops. Faculty Drop-In service was attended by 90 faculty
members in Queens and Staten Island.
Over 5,000 Help Desk calls were taken.
