Peter J. Tobin College of Business planned, designed and
constructed a state-of-the-art
Financial Information Laboratory (FIL). Its distinctiveness
lies in the fact that it was conceived as a resource to support
Tobin College of Business students across all business disciplines.
In addition to tracking worldwide currencies, treasury rates, stock
indices and other key market measures, the FIL posts up-to-the
minute holdings in Tobin’s Student Investment Funds. Providing 30
workstations with double computer monitors, electronic displays
boards, what used to take weeks can now be executed more quickly
and with higher quality.
