As we celebrate Founder’s Week 2008,
we look to deepen our understanding of the Vincentian mission of
St. John’s. This year we celebrate the unity of humankind and our
interdependence in the world. During the week, we seek to examine
our responsibility to love - “extending our hearts and minds to
nurture our own and the other’s good.”
Faculty Research Luncheon: "Vincentian
Higher Education: Crossing Barriers and Extending
Horizons"
Faculty will explore the theme for Founder’s Week and the
implications for teaching, research and service. This
interdisplinary dialogue will be led by the 2007-2008 class of
Vincentian Research Fellows.
