Retreats

The St. John’s Campus Ministry Retreat Programs offer an exciting opportunity to students to take a break and refresh!  Give yourself the time you deserve to get away, meet new people, pray, relax, and take stock of where you are. Campus Ministry sponsored retreats allow you to do just this. The weekends and overnights are led by a group of St. John's student leaders.  Over the course of the year, we offer:

The St. Lazare Freshmen/New Student Retreat
September, 2012

The St. Lazare Retreat is offered to all first-year students.  Rooted in the life of St. Vincent de Paul, St. Lazare was the place where St. Vincent led experiences of spiritual renewal. Following that tradition, St. John’s Campus Ministry invites you to this wonderful opportunity. The St. Lazare Retreat offers some time away from the hectic pace of college life in order to learn more about yourself, your relationships with others, and your relationship with God. It is a chance to meet new friends, relax in a beautiful setting, and grow in your faith.  All are welcome regardless of previous retreat experience or faith background.

Contact Trish Scalese or James Behan for more information.

Additional retreats will be offered throughout both semesters - check back often as we will post more details as they become available!
