Catholic Student Community (CSC)

 

The Catholic Student Community (CSC) is an opportunity for prayer, community, friendship and conversation with others who love their Catholic faith and share similar values and beliefs.Consider how the church’s wisdom can guide your life. Here are some of the programs that CSC participates in: 

PRAYER

  • Mass
    • Daily (M-F) 8am and 12:15pm
    • Sunday 11am
    • Sunday 5:30pm (Student Mass)
    • (All Masses held in St Thomas More Church)
  • Rosary
    • Monday Night at 8pm in St Thomas More Church
  • Holy Hour
    • Monthly on Wednesday night at 9:30pm in St Thomas More Church
    • Monthly opportunity to pray at Huntington and/or Douglaston Seminaries
  • Confession
  • Living Stations of the Cross (during Lent)
  • Miraculous Medal Novena
    • Mondays following 12:15pm Mass
  • Adoration of Blessed Sacrament
    • Every Tuesday after 12:15pm Mass
  • Prayer Rooms in Donovan, Hollis and Century Halls
    • Inquire about the prayer calendar that includes Praise and Worship, evening prayer, etc.
  • Retreats

  CONVERSATIONS on FAITH

  • Monthly Meetings with fellow Catholic Students throughout the year (Dates and Time TBA)
