After graduating from Brooklyn Law School, Philip R. Cleary worked for the Internal Revenue Service’s (IRS) Office of Chief Counsel, Large Business and International Division, focusing on corporations, subchapter S corporations, and partnerships with substantial assets. He left the IRS, continuing his work in tax law and addressing a range of issues in the context of an expanding global environment. Mr. Cleary, who will soon return to work at the IRS, will speak about his professional experiences and will give advice to aspiring attorneys.
