Writing New York - 70594,
70738This section will examine the city as a text,
thinking especially about the ways in which we, as New Yorkers,

their own understanding of, for example, a novel or poem. Students
will read numerous writers’ versions of the city and will, in turn,
create their own city writing by analyzing and depicting their New
York.
