I am a junior, originally from Staten Island. I am
pursuing degrees in History, Government, and Political Science,
with a minor in Philosophy.
I hope to eventually attain elected office. Since January of
2009, I have been employed as a Writing Center Consultant and I
have enjoyed every minute of it. From the beginning, our
mission of establishing writing in all the disciplines on campus
has been a focal point in my career here. I am heavily
involved in a research initiative to find out how effective our
efforts have been.
Beyond the Writing Center, I am Managing Editor of the
StormFront campus newspaper, a Lawyer with Moot
Court, a member of the Government and Politics Society, World
Traveler with Discover the World 2010, Board Member of the
Alzheimer’s Youth Board Foundation of Staten Island, an intern
with Assemblypersons Michael Cusick, Nicole Malliotakis, and Mayor
Mike Bloomberg. Following graduation in May of 2012, I fully
intend to attend graduate school at a prestigious university and
then take my efforts in a professional career.
