Unlocking One's Heritage

Abstract
With the increased interest in genealogy, librarians are needing to know more and more about how to assist with the genealogy research of their patrons. This presentation will illustrate the resources and strategies used in researching the heritage of the author. Emphasis will be on quick ways one can easily begin unlocking their own heritage. Successes and obstacles faced by the author as well as future plans will be highlighted.
