4:45 p.m. Doors open for faculty and graduatesPlease remember to notify your Academic Office of all the names of your guests and to pick up your FOUR (4) admit one tickets by the appropriate date. In addition to the admit one tickets, all attendees must present a form of identification in order to gain access into the venue.
5 p.m. Doors open for Ceremony
5:15 p.m. Assembly and Line Up of Graduates and Faculty All graduates and faculty will assemble in the robing room. Please remember to bring your academic attire.
5:45 p.m. Processional will begin
6 p.m. Commencement CeremonyThe Commencement ceremony will be held in the courtyard. Tickets are required for all guests.
Immediately following the Ceremony - ReceptionImmediately following the Commencement ceremony, the University invites all the graduates and their guests to attend the reception.
