Awarded to full-time students on a yearly basis, based on academic achievement. Assistantships offer a $4,000 stipend plus full tuition remission for up to 12 credits a semester. Teaching Fellowships consist of a $7500 stipend plus tuition remission from September to May. Doctoral Fellowships offer a $10,000 stipend plus tuition remission from September to May. Students who receive this award must work an average of 20 hours per week in the School of Education. All may be renewed yearly.
Requirements for Consideration Based on academic achievement and 2 letters of recommendation. Minimum of an 1100 on the GRE for Teaching Fellowships and Doctoral fellowships.
