Professor Larry is counsel to a New York City financial
institution. His practice focuses on commercial lending, loan
workout, restructuring, and bankruptcy. He earned his J.D. degree
from the University of Minnesota Law School and is an alumnus of
the LL.M. in Bankruptcy program at St. John’s University School of
Law. After completing his LL.M. degree, Professor Larry was an
associate in the Corporate Restructuring Group at Skadden, Arps,
Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York and worked on the
bankruptcy mega cases Refco, Delphi, and Winn-Dixie (named the 2007
Mega Turnaround of the Year (over $1 billion) by Turnaround
Management Association).
Professor Larry teaches Bankruptcy Practice – Litigation
with Professors Ostrow and Rosenblatt.
