LL.M. in Bankruptcy Courses for J.D. Students
J.D. students who have completed the Creditors’ Rights course may take LL.M. in Bankruptcy courses on a space available basis. Up to 15 hours of credit earned in LL.M. in Bankruptcy courses as a J.D. student may be counted towards the 30 credit hours required for the LL.M. in Bankruptcy degree. St. John's J.D. students must meet the LL.M. in Bankruptcy program's competitive admissions standards and are not automatically entitled to admission to the program simply because they have taken LL.M. courses.
