Many times our inability to confront difficult situations effectively has a negative affect on our relationship with individuals, and in our affiliation with the organization. Many members going active or get disheartened by these negative experiences. This workshop will address the communication skills and conflict resolution tactics and strategies, and how leadership principles and knowledge based solutions will positively affect the outcome of difficult scenarios. The workshop is also designed to foster positive self-esteem as students will be given a series of scenarios that will allow them to practice their newly acquired skills.

Limited to 50 people.Earn 3 MVP Points.
