Franck Chantayan has joined the West Palm Beach office of
Carlton Fields, P.A. as Of Counsel in the Bankruptcy and Creditors'
Rights group. Franck focuses his practice on corporate bankruptcy
matters, including Section 363 sale transactions, post-petition
financing and in legal matters relating to creditors’ rights,
general corporate transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
