Mark D. Higgins a graduate of Georgetown Law with an LL.M. in
December 2008, has been appointed to the Adjunct Faculty of
Georgetown Law and is co-teaching Energy Trading & Market
Regulation with William Massey of Covington & Burling.
Thomas M. Horan has joined Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice,
PLLC, in the firm’s Wilmington Delaware office. Mr. Horan focuses
his practice on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights.
