How to Access Your Grades on the Web

Log on to http://www.stjohns.edu/uis

Enter your User Name and Password and click OK.
Note:  Your User Name is your St. John’s email User Name and your Password is your personalized Banner Web (UIS) pin/password. (You may also log in to UIS with your X-ID number as your user ID and your PIN.)

*Currently, the first time you access the Web, your PIN is your date of birth; however, you must change this to a confidential 6-digit PIN.  To change your PIN once you have accessed the University Information System, click on Personal Information and then Change PIN option.  Follow the instructions for changing your PIN.

  • Click on the UIS tab
  • Click on Click Here for UIS
  • Click on Student  and Financial Aid
  • Click on Student Records
  • Click on Final Grades
  • Click the arrow on the drop-down box and select the appropriate Term
  • Click Submit

** Please be advised grades are updated once each day before 7a.m.
** All grades entered each day will be available the following day.
