As noted by Professor Robert E. Parella, Dean Bellacosa "has
worn many hats with distinction." And while his departure
from the Deanship of St. John’s University School of Law marks a
loss, reflecting upon Dean Bellacosa’s contributions allows us to
celebrate his achievements. This section contains seven
tributes to Dean Bellacosa written by his comrades and colleagues,
all of which are reflective of his broad influence as a professor,
mentor, dean, professor, ally, adversary, judge, and friend.
