The Winter 2004 issue of the American Bankruptcy Institute
Law Review is an open issue comprised of five articles, a book
review, and a student note. The writings span a number of
significant topics in bankruptcy law.
One added feature of this issue is the advent of the “Recent
Developments” section, for the presentation of timely topics.
Bankruptcy questions are always at the forefront of the legal news,
and this section will help to highlight noteworthy developments.
Hopefully, the inclusion of this new section will continue in
future issues.
Thank you to all of the authors for their submissions to this
issue of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law
Review. Further, thanks to the editors, our faculty
advisors, Robert M. Zinman and G. Ray Warner, and the staff of the
Law Review, without whose efforts none of this would be
possible.
