The Spring 2005 issue of the American Bankruptcy Institute
Law Review is an open issue comprised of a roundtable
discussion, four article, one LL.M. Thesis, and two student
notes. The writings span a number of noteworthy topics in
bankruptcy law.
One special feature in this issue is the publication of the
Transcript from the Dedication Ceremony for the Conrad B.
Duberstein Bankruptcy Courthouse. This transcript contains
countless stories about the renowned Judge Duberstein, and the
dedication of his life, on and off the bench, to the advancement
and study of bankruptcy law.
Thank you to all of the authors for their submissions to this
issue of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law
Review. Further, thanks to the editors, our faculty
advisors, Robert M. Zinman and G. Ray Warner, and the staff of the
Law Review, without whose efforts none of this would be
possible.
