The Winter 2006 issue of the American Bankruptcy Institute
Law Review is an open issue comprised of five articles, one
LL.M. thesis, and one case comment. The issue addresses a
number of relevant and emerging topics, including a chapter 11
debtor’s ability to make payments on pre-petition obligations prior
to plan confirmation, as well as the function of the new chapter 15
in U.S. and international insolvency proceedings.
