The N.Y. Real Property Law Journal is the journal of the Real Property Law Section of the New York State Bar Association. St. John’s University School of Law is the home of the student editorial Board of the N.Y. Real Property Law Journal. Each year the student editorial Board prepares four issues containing articles written by practitioners and law professors. The N.Y. Real Property Law Journal features substantive articles relating to the practice of real property law on various topics including property transactions, leases, zoning, mortgage transactions and cooperatives and condominiums. The co-editors of the Journal are William A. Colavito, Esq., William P. Johnson, Esq., Prof. Vincent M. Di Lorenzo and Marvin N. Bagwell, Esq.
