All St. John's University School of Law faculty and
staff will automatically receive an Exchange Email Account. The
email address for the network is the first seven letters of
the last name and the first initial @stjohns.edu . For instance,
John Smith's email address would be smithj@stjohns.edu The
password for your Email account is the same password you choose for
your network account.
The email client used at St. John's University offices is
Microsoft Outlook. You can also access the email through the web
based version of Outlook by going to: http://email.stjohns.edu
All St. John's University School of Law faculty and
administrators can be found in the Global Address Book distribution
list. All law school distribution lists start with law_ followed by
the department, for instance law_faculty or law_administraion. If
you are unsure of a particular distribution list name simply type
in law_ in the search box and a list encompassing all departments
within the law school will appear. Select the department you
wish to contact and click the OK button. Please note only law
school members (faculty, administrator and staff) are able to use
the distribution lists. Any email sent by non law school members
will not be delivered to these distribution lists.
