Please join us for the first faculty Forum meeting of 2012! Dr.
Sandra Abrams will speak on Wednesday, January 25th from 1:00-2:30
PM in the Pacini Room. Her talk is entitled "Blackboard Forum
Discussion: Supporting Collaboration, Creativity, and Critical
Thinking in a Virtual Space." She writes, "this interactive
discussion not only will feature data from an online forum
sponsored through Blackboard, but also will enable faculty to
examine the development of critical thinking through concurrent
virtual postings. Theoretical and practical implications for
reflecting in such a third space will be explored."
