Summer Prep Program for College
Students
Sophomores
After completion of their sophomore year, approximately 40 first
generation college students from underrepresented backgrounds take
two weeks of law school classes, a one week internship with a state
court judge, and four weeks of internships with the District
Attorney’s Offices of Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx.
Summer Prep
Program >
Juniors
After completion of their junior year, these same students are
eligible to participate in a free specially designed LSAT prep
course. The juniors will learn about the following key elements of
the LSAT: (1) Logical Reasoning; (2) Reading Comprehension; and (3)
Game Theory. The juniors will also learn exam-taking strategies and
take several mandatory practice LSAT exams under real exam
conditions. Because we believe that succeeding in law school and on
the LSAT is a holistic endeavor, the students will also partake in
several sessions designed to overcome exam anxiety and other
barriers to success on standardized tests.

competition.
