Landlords

St. John’s University School of Law students depend on local housing availability.

While the School of Law does not endorse any specific property, landlord or realtor, we do compile local property information and make it available exclusively to law students and other members of the law school community in a Housing Newsletter.  Our newly admitted law students typically receive the Housing Newsletter weekly from early spring through the beginning of the fall semester; this is the best time to list your property with us.  Current law students and other members of the law school community receive the Housing Newsletter throughout the school year, upon request.

If you would like to list your property in our Housing Newsletter, please complete this form and return it via fax, e-mail, or U.S. Mail to:

Upon renting your property, please be sure to contact the Admissions Office and let us know so that we can remove your property from the Housing Newsletter.  This will help our list stay current and your unwanted contacts kept to a minimum.  Thank you!
