and one dinner (August 13).
Note: Participants must vacate room before noon on August
14.
2) Participation in the three-day plenary session: plenary session

Expenses Not Included
Airfare
Taxi from airport to St. John’s Queens campus ($35—$40 one way).
Subway and bus fare $2.25 per ride. (All-day pass and weekly Metro
cards are available).
Cancellation Policy
45% of your registration fees will be returned when canceling
between June 1 and July 1, 2010. Registration fees will not be
returned after July 2, 2010.
