Program Requirements

To meet the different needs of students, two options are offered:  the thesis option, recommended for those who wish to pursue doctoral studies in Spanish, and the non-thesis option fir those who consider the M.A. as a terminal degree.  In both options students must complete 33 credits.  If the thesis option is selected, six of these 33 credits are applied to thesis research.
