Dr. Robert J. Mockler, Professor of Management; Marc E. Gartenfeld, Adjunct Marketing Instructor; and MBA Luisa Focacci, Director of Administration and Business Resources, Boeing, Rome, Italy; have joined forces to publish Application Service Providers in Business. The book offers a comprehensive analysis of the ASP model and its contingent models, including business, enterprise, functional-focused, and vertical market ASPs, and ASP aggregators.
Dr. Dorothy G. Dologite, Professor of Computer Information Systems at the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College says, “I highly recommend this book. It offers straightforward and practical how-to guidelines for decision makers on both sides of the customer/provider relationship. ASP managers will benefit from the book’s hands-on advice on how best to manage an ASP now and in the future.”
“Wow, a book about technology that people can understand,” says Jerold Hall, Business Development Manager, Amstaff Human Resources. “This book is full of examples and profiles of real providers that small, medium, and large businesses can utilize to become more lean and efficient. This book tells you the good, the bad, and the ugly about ASPs and how they can affect your business.”
