Dr. Craig A. Latshaw
Assistant Professor of Accounting
and TaxationAssistant Professor Craig A. Latshaw, holds a Ph.D. in
Accounting from Drexel University and is currently registered as a
licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of
Pennsylvania. His dissertation addressed "The Impact of
Psychological Individualism/Collectivism, Control Systems, and Task
Structure on Group Task Performance."
Professor Latshaw has published, since 1999, twelve applied
research articles in such peer-reviewed journals as: the
American Business Review, Bank Accounting &
Finance, the Review of Business, and the
Commercial Lending Review. He has also presented six
papers that have been included in the proceedings of or as
abstracts to such international, national, and regional academic
forums as: the Global Business and Technology Association,
the Academy of Business Education, the Western
Decision Sciences Conference, and the National Symposium
on Hispanic Business and the Economy.
Professor Latshaw has professional experience as the Vice
President for Kunsman, Latshaw & Company, Inc., as President
and Chief Executive Officer of Lakewood Precision Corporation, and
was a consultant on small business development and academic affairs
business manager at Wilkes University.
