Dr. Andrew RussakoffChairperson and Associate Professor of Computer Information Systems and Decision Sciences Dr. Russakoff received his Ph.D. from the City University of New York. His doctoral dissertation examined the geometry of the polytopes associated with the Transportation problem and the Dual Transportation problem.
In addition to articles relating to his thesis, Dr. Russakoff has published in computer applications and computations. His recent interests include computer languages and survey analysis.
His professional consultation includes the housing industry (urban multi-family), and marketing. Beyond these technical areas, Dr. Russakoff has two degrees in modern history from Oxford, and is a competent bagpiper
