Applications are accepted starting in November 2006, in a rolling
admissions process. Qualified individuals will be admitted, as
spaces are available.
Vietnam is a fascinating civilization with over four thousand
years of history. Today it is a nation of over 80 million people
struggling to be branded as one of the “Asian Tigers” in the midst
of globalization.
Courses - TBA
Program takes place in New York City, Hanoi, and Ho Chi Minh
City (Saigon). It is presented through a dynamic combination of
field research, readings, and discussions by the students, along
with lectures by the professor and distinguished Vietnamese and
American experts.
Additionally, participants will engage in a Service Learning
project. This component will allow the participants to apply their
course content in a real life setting in Vietnam.
