Applicants must be citizens of a country in which there are Rotary clubs and have completed at least 2 years of college-level study. Academic-Year Ambassadorial Scholarships provide a flat grant of $27,000 for one academic year of study in another country. Application deadlines are set by individual Rotary clubs in accordance with the district deadline.The application period for 2012-13 programs is now closed.
