Process
We'll register you for the spring courses abroad. Course enrollment
will be completed before your program departs. For any
questions regarding registration, please contact us.
Booklists
Booklist information will be updated asit becomes
available.
Refund
Policy
The Office of Global Studies is always working to keep our program
fees as low as possible. One way we are able to do so is by
making financial commitments for accommodation, meals, and other
program related expenses well in advance of the program's start
date.
The university must commit funds to its partners for this program,
so no refunds for the $250 deposit/program fee are permitted. By
submitting the confirmation
form, you commit to paying the $250 deposit/program fee plus
tuition (tuition rates: http://www.stjohns.edu/services/financial/bursar/tuition/undergraduate/1213.stj)
in full by the University’s spring 2013 tuition payment deadline.
Tuition is refunded according to STJ’s refund schedule, available
at: http://www.stjohns.edu/services/financial/bursar/withdrawl/spring_2013.stj.
In addition, as a subsidized fellowship, please note that you
must complete the course in order to maintain
eligibility for the grant. If you drop the course upon your return
from Paris or Italy--or if you are dismissed from the program for
disciplinary reasons--you will need to reimburse the University for
the Fellowship.
