space is not confirmed until we receive the receipt
of your $250 non-refundable deposit and program
confirmation form.
Step 1: Review the Refund Policy
Dean's Study Away Programs
Your participation in the program is not “official until we receive
your confirmation form and proof of payment for the $250
non-refundable deposit. By submitting this confirmation form, you
commit to paying the $1,000 program fee, plus tuition in
full by the University’s Spring tuition payment deadline. Tuition
is refunded according to STJ’s refund
schedule.
Step 2: Pay Your
Deposit
You can pay the deposit through the Student Financial
Services office, by calling 718-990-2000 (ext. 3),
or on
UIS. To pay online through UIS, please follow these
instructions: 1. Select "Student Account." 2. Select
"Student Account Suite."3. Select the "Deposits" tab located on the
top of the page 4. Select the appropriate term for your program. 5.
Select "Global Studies Program". 6. Proceed with Payment.
Step 3: Submit your Confirmation Form and Receipt of
Deposit
The final step to confirm your spot on the program is to
submit your Confirmation Form and receipt of deposit to our office.
Until we receive both documents, your spot will not be confirmed.
Please review the refund policy, complete the confirmation form and
return it to the Office of
Global Studies by November
16th.
