taking place outside the United States. It can take 4 - 6 weeks to
get your passport so you'll want to start this process now - if you

Expediting your Passport
Expedited passport service is available for an additional fee.
If you need your passport within 14 days, you can visit the
passport expediting agency in Manhattan. They can process your
passport in as little as 24 hours (exact time depends on the
situation). In order to take advantage of this process, you'll need
to sto pby our office to pick up a Passport Expedition Letter.
Then, visit the Department of State’s passport information website
for information on
how to schedule an appointment for a rush passport and what you
need to bring with you to submit
