Please note that this program is limited to 9 students and will fill quickly. Your space is not confirmed until we receive the receipt of your $250 non-refundable deposit and program  confirmation form.

Step 1: Review the Refund Policy
Galápagos Islands Program
The university must commit funds to its partners for this program, so no refunds for the $3,490 program fee are permitted. By submitting this confirmation form, you commit to paying the $3,490 program fee plus three credit tuition  in full by the University’s winter intersession tuition payment deadline. Tuition is refunded according to STJ’s refund schedule.  Please read the policy in its entirety prior to paying your deposit. 

Step 2: Pay Your Deposit
You can pay the deposit through the Student Financial Services office, by calling 718-990-2000 (ext. 3), or on  UIS.

To pay online through UIS, please follow these instructions:

  1. Select "Student Account."
  2. Select "Student Account Suite."
  3. Select the "Deposits" tab located on the top of the page.
  4. Select the appropriate term for your program.
  5. Select "Global Studies Program."
  6. Proceed with Payment
     

Step 3: Submit your Confirmation Form and Receipt of Deposit
The final step to confirm your spot on the program is to submit your Confirmation Form and receipt of deposit to our office. Until we receive both documents, your spot will not be confirmed. You can submit these forms in person, via email/fax or by mailing the documents to the address provided below:
