Irene supports the Vice Provost, Associate Provosts and
is the Recording Secretary of the University Personnel
Committee & University Senate.
Profile
After graduating from the College of Business at St. John's
University, working in the trust department of several banks, and
raising a family, Irene returned to St. John’s in
2004. She spent one year in the Speech & Hearing
Center, and five years in the Office of Business Affairs. She
has been Administrative Assistant in the Office of the Provost
since August 2010.
Irene was co-chair of the Triangle Centenary Celebration in
2011. She is a graduate of the Vincentian Mission Certificate
Program. In the spirit of the Vincentian
Mission Irene is a team leader for Service Day,
participates in the Good Friday Walk for the Homeless, and acts as
a mentor to students in the VITAL program.
