Bruce Wexler ‘79, Partner, Loeb & Loeb
LLP
Bruce Wexler's experience is in estate planning for a diverse group
of individuals including estate administration, estate litigation,
business succession planning, and corporate and tax matters. His
extensive drafting experience includes wills, trusts, prenuptial
agreements, stock purchase agreements and shareholders’
agreements.
Susan Peckett Witkin ‘81, Partner, Blank Rome LLP
Susan Peckett Witkin concentrates her practice in the areas of
trusts and estates and tax law. She advises clients in a wide range
of trust and estate matters, including estate planning, estate and
trust administration and litigation.
Eric M. Kramer ‘88, Partner, Farrell Fritz,
PC
Eric M. Kramer’s practice includes estate tax planning for wealthy
families and individuals; preparation of prenuptial agreements,
wills and trusts; administration of estates and representation of
clients before Federal and New York State taxing authorities. He
also advises clients on business succession planning, including tax
implications of the various methods of transfer.
