All full-time faculty are required to fill out the AFAR and submit it to their Chairperson, who then uses this information when he or she writes their annual report.
The AFAR is due to Chairs by April 16.
Faculty can also submit a copy of their AFAR to their Dean if they wish to be considered for a Recognition Award. This is optional, and not required of faculty.
AFARs submitted to Deans for consideration of a Recognition Award are due by May 31st.
