Activity Form (AFAR) provides a format for your individual
annual reports to your Chair.
The New
Program Guidelines outline the steps required before a proposal
for a new academic program is ready for presentation to the Board
of Trustees for final approval.
The Graduate
Assistant and Fellows Manual is an administrative handbook that
includes all University policy statements and procedures relative
to the awarding, processing and supervision of graduate fellowships
and assistantships.
