Andrea Licari

Associate Professor of Administration & Economics

B.S., M.B.A, St John’s University, D.P.S., Lubin College of Business Pace University

Dr. Licari has been teaching both Management and Marketing subjects at St. John's University since 1981. She previously came from an international career in marketing, working for corporations like Trans World Airlines, Union Carbide and Prudential Securities. Her specialized research has been in the training field of game and simulation theory. She was a consultant for the Army ROTC program for over ten years. She was just awarded the prestigious Fulbright Senior Specialist Grant to Spain (04).

Her latest book, Business Games, A Global Reality will be published in 2005.  Dr Licari has been a member of the Academy of Management (14,000 members), the leading academic organization in her disciple, for over 15 years and is the Chairperson for Innovative Curriculum Development for Management Education Development. She is both a university coach and a mentor advisor, for student career decisions. Her current research interests are in the field of service learning and training development.
