Many people think that praise and worship is only about singing
songs, but it is much more! It is also a condition of one’s heart —
a willingness to praise God and open one’s heart to God’s love.
Whether worship is expressed by singing, playing music, dancing or
in some other way, we open ourselves to the spirit of God at work
within us. Interspersed with the music, we will time for quiet and
centering prayer.
