Re:Tuition Remission Application Process for Fall 2012

The Tuition Remission Application is now available for the Fall 2012 semester.  All eligible full-time employees (staff, administrators and faculty) may now apply for tuition remission via the University Information System (UIS), for themselves, their children and/or spouse.

Once you have completed the Tuition Remission Application on the web, the tuition remission benefits will automatically be credited to the student’s account.  The Office of Student Financial Services will contact you only in the event that there is a question regarding your eligibility.

The following are important dates to assist with Fall 2012 enrollment:

June 25, 2012:
Fall 2012 tuition/fees invoices will begin to be viewable on the web for all students who are registered for classes. Once the Tuition Remission Application is completed on UIS, the Tuition Remission benefit will appear on the invoice. Therefore, please apply for Tuition Remission for yourself, your child and/or your spouse, prior to June 25.

July 25, 2012:
Fall 2012 tuition payment is due.
Students/authorized users may log in to their UIS account and pay their balance due including any fees owed and must confirm enrollment to complete the registration process.

July 26, 2012:

Late fee of $200 is assessed for non-payment. Avoid any late fees by paying any balance due and confirming enrollment by July 25.
