Environmental Law Roundtable: Comparing Environmental Issues in Australia and the U.S. – Climate Change, Regulation of New Gas Field Exploitation, Marine Areas and Biodiversity Protection

Join us for a roundtable conversation with Charmian Barton, a partner with the law firm of Norton Rose, merging this summer with Fulbright and Jaworski to form one of the world’s largest international law firms. Ms. Barton leads her firm’s environmental law practice group from offices in Perth, Australia. She is a noted expert in the field, particularly in land contamination, impact assessment, and carbon risk. Ms. Barton is also a former Fulbright Scholar at Harvard Law School.
