focuses on the importance of establishing performance objectives
for student workers, delegating work, as well as coaching and
giving feedback to student workers. The workshop will review the
importance of establishing performance objectives as a means to
guide and evaluate performance, the steps involved in delegating,
the behaviors and skills associated with coaching, and the art of
giving feedback.
