Academic advisement will be provided by the coordinator of the
master's program in general-experimental psychology.
Each student will be allowed to select a mentor upon admission
into the program. The mentor will be responsible for making the
student an integral part of his or her research team and the
student will be expected to contribute up to 15 hours per week to
the research effort of the team. The student will be encouraged to
work with several faculty and will be permitted to change
mentors.
Because of this mentoring system, the number of admissions is
limited to three to four students per year.
