St. John’s Toxicology Professor Receives
Grant to Continue Cutting-Edge Research on Mouse Embryonic Stem
Cells
Frank Barile, Ph.D., Associate Professor of
Pharmaceutical Sciences in St. John’s University’s College of
Pharmacy and Allied Health Services, has been awarded a $36,000
grant from the Alternatives Research and Development Foundation to
continue his research on mouse embryonic stem cells, cementing his
place at the forefront of the race to cure diseases and prolong
lives using stem-cell science.
